• I ship prints within the United States, to Canada, the UK and Europe, and to Australia and New Zealand. Every order is packed by hand in the studio, wrapped in a protective sleeve, backed with rigid board, and shipped in a flat rigid mailer with a certificate of authenticity, so it arrives flat and protected.

    Originals and commissions currently ship within the United States only, for now.

  • Each print is made to order, so please allow 5 to 7 business days for me to print, pack, and ship your order. Once it's on its way, you'll get a tracking number by email. After that, typical transit times are:

    • United States: 5-7 business days

    • Canada: 1 to 3 weeks

    • UK & Europe: 1 to 4 weeks

    • Australia & New Zealand: 2 to 5 weeks

    International times vary by destination and how quickly the package clears customs.

    • United States: $7

    • Canada: $20

    • UK & Europe: $28

    • Australia & New Zealand: $28

  • If you're ordering from outside the US, your country may charge customs duties, VAT, or an import fee when your package arrives. These are set and collected by your own country, not by me, and they aren't included in your order total. Your local postal service will let you know if anything is owed on delivery. It's usually a small amount, but it's worth knowing to expect it.

  • Because each piece is an original print made to order, all sales are final. That said, I pack every order with a lot of care, so damage is rare. If your print does arrive damaged, email me at bysakalian.com within 7 days with a photo of the print and the packaging and I'll make it right.
